Chauffeur fleet management · airport transfers

Chauffeur fleet management software that follows every driver, every vehicle, every ride

Drivers, vehicles, rides, subcontractors, invoicing: your whole fleet on one screen, updated in real time from the driver app. You see who is available, who is on a ride and who will be late — before the client calls.

From 2 to 50 vehicles. No installation, no hardware.

One fleet, one screen

All your chauffeur fleet management in one place

A spreadsheet for drivers, another for vehicles, a WhatsApp group for rides: that works up to five cars. Beyond that, you need a system.

1

Your drivers

Accounts, roles (manager, dispatcher, driver), mobile app, activity, pay. A driver inactive for 7 days is flagged automatically.

2

Your vehicles

Each vehicle has a record, a category and a state. You know which one is available, which one is on a ride, which one is off the road.

3

Your rides

Every ride moves through statuses, with the real time of each step, the driver's position and the tracked flight. Delays show before they happen.

Drivers

Driver management: who is driving, who is available, who is drifting away

Every driver has an account, an app and a history. You keep control of access and pay.

Accounts and roles

Manager, dispatcher, driver: each sees what concerns them. A driver only sees their rides, a dispatcher sees the whole fleet.

Driver app

The driver receives rides, accepts, navigates and moves the status forward. Every action is time-stamped and reaches dispatch.

Inactivity detected

A driver who has not logged in for 7 days is automatically set to inactive: your list of available drivers stays true.

Driver pay

Pay is computed from completed rides, per driver, and generated as pay statements.

Vehicles

Vehicle management: categories, assignment, availability

The fleet is described once, then used everywhere: in dispatch, in pricing, in online bookings.

7 vehicle categories

Economy, sedan, premium sedan, van, premium van, electric, luxury. The category drives price and assignment.

Available, on a ride, maintenance

Each vehicle's state is visible in the dashboard. A vehicle off the road drops out of dispatch automatically.

Driver–vehicle assignment

You assign a vehicle to a driver for the day; dispatch never offers a sedan for a ride that needs a van.

Electric fleet

Electric vehicles have their own category: offer them to clients and price them separately.

Live rides

Real-time ride tracking, from dispatch to drop-off

Ten statuses per ride, pushed by the driver app. You stop asking “where are you?”.

Live map

Every driver on a ride, the client to pick up, the destination: all on one map, refreshed continuously.

Delays measured

The dashboard computes average delay and the share of late rides. You know whether the problem is a driver, a time slot or an airport.

Flight tracking every 10 minutes

For each airport transfer, the flight status is checked every ten minutes. A delayed flight shifts the pickup before the driver leaves empty.

Tracking link for the client

The client gets a link to follow their driver's arrival, with no app and no account.

Alerts & dashboard

Alerts ranked by severity, a dashboard that counts

You don't have time to watch fifty rides. The dashboard shows you the three that need you.

Red, orange, blue alerts

Driver late, client waiting, pickup planned before landing, payment pending: each alert has a severity and points to the ride.

Revenue billed and to bill

Total revenue, billed, unbilled, share paid to subcontractors and margin: the fleet's numbers, not a Sunday spreadsheet.

By driver, client and area

Statistics break down by driver, by referring client, by subcontractor and by geographic area.

Subcontractors & partners

Subcontractors, aggregators and clients: the extended fleet

A chauffeur fleet doesn't stop at your own cars. Droovi also manages what comes in and what goes out.

Subcontractors

Hand a ride to a fellow operator: they get it in their Droovi, their driver tracks it like yours, and the invoice request prepares itself.

Ride marketplace

Publish surplus rides, accept other companies' rides. The fleet flexes with demand without hiring.

Aggregators and API

Bookings from your partners (agencies, transfer platforms) land straight in dispatch, ready to assign.

Client portal

Your corporate clients book and track their rides from their own space, and download their invoices.

Invoicing & pay

From ride to invoice, nothing retyped

Fleet management produces the numbers; invoicing uses them directly.

Invoices generated from rides

Clients, subcontractors, passengers: every invoice is built from the month's rides, with VAT per ride.

Sent to your accounting software

Every validated invoice goes via API to Pennylane or VosFactures. That's where it counts.

Driver pay computed

Pay statements are generated per driver from completed rides.

Included from the PRO plan

The fleet is managed, the dispatch is computed

Once drivers, vehicles and rides are in Droovi, automatic AI dispatch assigns the whole day in minutes: time slots, vehicle categories, ride chaining, empty kilometers. You approve the preview, the driver gets the ride in their app. Fleet management is not the goal: it's what makes dispatch possible.

FAQ

Everything you need to know

What is chauffeur fleet management software?

Software that centralizes the three objects of a chauffeur company: drivers (accounts, app, pay), vehicles (category, assignment, state) and rides (statuses, position, delays). It replaces spreadsheets and chat groups with a system where every piece of information is entered once and visible to everyone who needs it, in real time.

How is it different from generic fleet management software?

Generic fleet management software (telematics, GPS boxes) tracks vehicles: mileage, fuel, servicing. Chauffeur fleet management software tracks rides: who drives whom, when, where, at what price — and invoices afterwards. Droovi is the second kind: position comes from the driver's app, not a box, and every ride ends as an invoice.

Do I need to install GPS hardware in the vehicles?

No. Position and statuses come from the driver app on their phone, only during rides. No hardware to install, no telematics subscription.

How are inactive drivers handled?

A driver who has not logged into the app for 7 days is automatically set to inactive. They disappear from the available list in dispatch and you can reactivate them in one click. The fleet you see is the fleet you actually have.

Can I manage an electric fleet?

Yes. Electric vehicles have their own category among the seven (economy, sedan, premium sedan, van, premium van, electric, luxury). You can offer them as an option, price them separately and assign them first on certain rides.

Does it suit passenger transport fleets other than chauffeur services?

Droovi is built for chauffeur and airport transfer companies: pre-booked rides, flight tracking, agreed prices. Shuttle and tourist transfer companies fit well; medical or school transport follows different rules and tools.

How many vehicles can I manage?

From 2 to 50 users depending on the plan (FLEX, PRO, FLEET), with no limit on rides. Above 50 users, contact us for a tailored plan.

Can I track subcontracted drivers like my own?

Yes. A ride handed to a subcontractor is tracked with the same statuses as yours: their driver moves it forward from their app, you see position and time of each step, and the invoice request is prepared automatically.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, 30 days with no credit card. Create your account, import drivers and vehicles, and run your first real rides before deciding.
