Every status change is sent to dispatch in real time. The fleet owner knows where each ride stands without picking up the phone.
The driver reviews the ride: pickup time, addresses, customer, vehicle, instructions (name sign, child seat, flight number).
Once on site, the driver confirms it in one gesture. Dispatch immediately sees that the driver is waiting for the customer.
The customer is on board. The route opens in Google Maps or Waze, and dispatch follows the ride live.
At drop-off, the driver takes payment if needed (cash or card), can have the passenger sign, then completes the ride.

Is the Droovi chauffeur driver app free?
Yes. Droovi Driver is free to download on iOS and Android, and included in your company's Droovi subscription. No per-driver fee, no in-app purchases.
Does Droovi take a commission on my rides?
No. Droovi is not a platform like Uber or Bolt: the app is for receiving and completing the rides of your own company or your partners. No commission is taken on rides.
How is it different from an app like Uber?
Uber brings you customers and takes a commission. Droovi Driver is your company's work tool: your rides, your customers, your prices. The app connects the driver to their company's dispatch, in real time.
I'm an independent chauffeur, can I use it?
Yes. You create your company account from the app or on droovi.com, then manage your own rides, customers and invoices. Start free with no time limit (Free plan), or try a paid plan for 14 days with no card.
Does the app work without signal?
Partly. The last loaded rides stay viewable offline, for example in an underground airport car park. Status updates are sent once the connection is back.
How does dispatch track my rides?
Each step (start, arrival on site, pickup, drop-off) is sent in real time to the Droovi dashboard. Dispatch sees the progress without calling you.
Can the driver take payment from the customer?
Yes. The amount to collect is shown on the ride, and at drop-off the driver records whether it was paid in cash or by card.
