How much does the passenger app cost?
€50 excl. VAT per month, with no commission on rides, whatever the number of bookings. During our launch offer, the €890 excl. VAT setup fee is waived. The app works with the free Droovi plan or a subscription from €29.90 excl. VAT per month.
What is a white-label app?
An app built by Droovi and published under your name: your logo, colours, icon and store listing. Your clients see your brand.
Will the app be on the App Store and Google Play?
Yes. Your app is published on both stores with its own name and icon. We publish it on our developer account, so you do not need an Apple or Google developer account or to pay for one. Your clients download it like any other app.
Where do the prices in the app come from?
From your Droovi rate cards. The app never calculates a price itself: it asks Droovi for the fare of the requested trip and only shows vehicles that have one. App rides are filed under a dedicated client, so you can give them their own rate card.
Who collects the payment?
You do. Card and Apple Pay payments go through Stripe, into your own account. Droovi takes no commission. You can also offer payment on board.
Do I need a Droovi website?
The app relies on your Droovi booking website: it holds your logo, colours, vehicles and payment settings, so the app and the website show the same brand. If you do not have a Droovi website yet, we build it for you.
Can I change my colours or vehicles after publication?
Yes, without republishing the app. It reloads your settings each time it opens: a new vehicle, a new rate or a different colour apply immediately. Only the store name, the icon or adding a language need a new version.
Do passengers need an account?
No. They book with their name, email and phone. Their rides are kept on their phone, and they can import a booking made on your website with its reference and their name.
Which languages does the app support?
French, English, Spanish and Italian, depending on the languages enabled on your Droovi website. The app opens in the phone’s language if you offer it, and passengers can switch.
Where do bookings go?
Straight into your Droovi account, as a ride ready to be assigned to a driver, by hand or by automatic dispatch (from the PRO plan). Tracking, the driver app and invoicing work as for your other rides.
