Does the AI decide for me?
No. The AI prepares an assignment proposal, but nothing is applied until you have confirmed it. You first see a full preview: schedule per driver, unassigned rides, empty km and clashes resolved. You stay in control to adjust before applying.
What happens if a ride cannot be assigned?
It appears clearly in the list of unassigned rides, with the reason (for example no driver available on the time slot, or not enough passenger capacity). Nothing is hidden: you decide what to do, by adding a driver, widening a slot or handling the ride manually.
Are my business rules respected?
Yes. The AI never proposes an assignment that would breach a constraint: passenger capacity, vehicle class (a ride can be upgraded, never downgraded) and each driver's time slot. A verification layer checks every proposal before presenting it to you. You can also write free-form instructions, for example keep a driver on Monaco or reserve a specific driver for VIP customers.
How are chaining and travel times handled?
Automatic dispatch works on the day you are organizing, based on the availabilities and time slots you define. Chaining is computed taking real travel times into account, including the waiting tolerance when a customer is slow to come out of the airport.
Is it complicated to use?
No. The flow takes a few steps: pick the day, tick the available drivers, assign a vehicle and time slot, add any instructions, launch. You get a readable preview, you adjust if needed, and you apply. No technical setup, no black box.
How much does automatic AI dispatch cost?
It is included in your Droovi subscription from the PRO plan (€99/month, up to 20 users): 20 AI dispatches per month on the PRO plan, and 30 AI dispatches per month on the FLEET plan (€199/month, up to 50 users). The FLEX plan (€19.90/month, 2 users) does not include it. One dispatch corresponds to computing the complete schedule for one day.
What is limo and private hire dispatch software?
Limo, private hire or chauffeur dispatch software assigns a fleet's rides to its drivers: who drives what, at what time, in which vehicle. It replaces phone calls, spreadsheets and group chats with one central assignment, tracked in real time and pushed to the driver's app. In Droovi, manual dispatch is included from the FLEX plan and automatic AI dispatch from the PRO plan.
Manual or automatic dispatch: what's the difference?
With manual dispatch, the dispatcher assigns each ride one at a time from the list of available drivers — that's how most fleets under ten vehicles work. With automatic dispatch, the AI computes the whole day's assignment in one go, accounting for time slots, vehicles and ride chaining, then shows you a preview to approve. Both coexist in Droovi: run the AI the night before, and adjust by hand the next morning if needed.
Does it work for a US limo company as well as a UK private hire operator?
Yes. The dispatch logic is the same whether you run black cars and stretch limos in the US or a licensed private hire fleet in the UK: pre-booked rides, vehicle classes, driver time slots and airport pickups. Every ride keeps the booking details your regulator expects (booking and pickup time, passenger, vehicle, driver, agreed price) in its history, and invoicing follows your company currency.
How does the driver receive the ride?
As soon as the schedule is applied, every ride shows up in the Droovi driver app (iOS and Android) with the address, time, customer and flight to track. The driver accepts, then moves the ride through its statuses — en route, on site, passenger on board, completed — while the dispatcher follows everything in real time.
