Subcontracting between transport companies, without the WhatsApp groups
A ride you can't cover? Publish it on the Droovi Marketplace: your network of subcontractors or your entire sector can accept it in one click, in real time. And when your drivers have gaps, pick up rides from other companies.
Every ride you turn down is lost revenue
Running a VTC operation means a schedule that never quite lines up: too many requests one day, drivers waiting around the next.
You turn rides down
No driver available at the right time slot? You decline. The client goes to a competitor — and doesn’t always come back.
You improvise on WhatsApp
Peer groups, chains of calls, screenshots: no traceability, prices haggled on the fly, zero clean invoicing. And your client data circulating across the whole network.
Your gaps stay empty
Your drivers wait between rides while other companies in the sector are swamped with demand. That demand exists — it just doesn’t know how to find you.
Subcontracting scares you
Handing over a ride means exposing your client, your selling price, your margin. With no framework, today’s subcontractor becomes tomorrow’s competitor.
The first ride marketplace for VTC companies
Built into your dashboard and the Droovi driver app. No extra tool, no re-entry, no calls to make.
Publish the ride in seconds
From the dashboard or the mobile app, open the ride you can’t cover and publish it to the marketplace. You set the price you pay the company that takes it: your margin is calculated and shown before publishing.
Choose who can see it
Private network: only your trusted subcontractors see it. Or your entire sector: every Droovi company in your geographic area gets access. You decide, ride by ride.
First come, first served
Eligible companies are notified in real time, on web and mobile. The first to accept wins the ride — it can never be taken twice, the system locks the assignment instantly.
Everything else is automatic
The ride moves to the new company with all operational details: addresses, schedule, flight, passengers. Real-time tracking continues, and the subcontracting invoice is generated automatically at month-end.
The same action, on web and on mobile
No mockup, no promise: this is exactly what your operators see in Droovi today.
Publish a ride to the marketplace
Open the ride, choose the audience, set the price you pay out: your margin appears live. One click and the ride is visible to the companies you chose.
- Private network or entire sector, your choice
- Margin calculated before publishing
- Option to “also share with my drivers”
Accept a ride in one click
Available rides arrive in real time, with the pay-out price shown. The first company to accept wins the ride — it drops instantly into its schedule.
- Pay-out price visible before you accept
- Real-time notification, web and mobile
- The ride joins your schedule automatically
Giving out or taking on: the marketplace works for you
Subcontract your surplus rides
- No ride turned down, no disappointed client
- You keep the client relationship and your margin

Find rides without prospecting

- All operational details, straight into your schedule
- One-click acceptance, from web or mobile
Your clients stay your clients. Your prices stay your prices.
The rule is simple: the company taking the ride sees everything needed to carry it out properly, and nothing that touches your book of business.
Built for operators, not against them
The marketplace was designed with one obsession: that subcontracting should never cost you a client, a margin or a piece of confidential information.
You set the price, you keep the margin
You decide the amount paid to the company taking the ride. Your margin is shown before publishing. They never see what you charge your own client.
Real time, truly
Publishing, accepting, pulling: everything propagates instantly to the dashboard and mobile app of each company involved. No refresh, no email to wait for.
Targeting ride by ride
Private network for sensitive rides, entire sector to maximise the chance of a pickup. Each company and each subcontractor can also be excluded individually.
Locked acceptance
A ride can only be taken once. The first company to accept wins it; the others are notified instantly that it’s no longer available.
Automatic subcontracting invoicing
Every ride taken is tracked. At month-end the subcontracting invoice generates itself, visible on both sides. No more manual reconciliation.
On the web and in your pocket
Publishing and accepting are available on the dashboard and on the manager mobile app. Your operators can react wherever they are.
Included in your Droovi subscription
The subcontracting marketplace is not a paid add-on: it’s part of Droovi, alongside dispatch, flight tracking, invoicing and the driver app.
Everything you need to know about ride subcontracting with Droovi
Who can see the rides I publish?
Only the companies you choose: either your private network of subcontractors, or all the Droovi companies in your geographic sector. You decide ride by ride, and you can exclude any company from your network at any time.
Can the company taking the ride see my clients or my selling prices?
No. They only see the operational details needed (addresses, schedule, flight, passengers, requested vehicle) and the price paid out to them. The identity of your clients, your selling prices and your internal notes are never exposed.
What happens if two companies accept at the same time?
It’s impossible. Acceptance is locked at the system level: the first company to accept wins the ride, the others are notified instantly that it’s no longer available.
Can I pull a published ride?
Yes, any time before it’s been accepted. It immediately disappears from the marketplace of every company that could see it.
How does invoicing work with the company taking the ride?
Automatically. Every ride taken is tracked and the subcontracting invoice is generated at month-end, visible in both companies’ dashboards. No manual reconciliation.
How is this different from a WhatsApp group between peers?
Everything. On WhatsApp: no clear price, no record of who took what, no invoicing, and your whole network sees your client data. On the Droovi Marketplace: price set in advance, locked assignment, automatic invoicing, and your commercial data stays confidential.
Does the subcontractor have to be registered on the VTC register?
Yes. VTC subcontracting between professionals requires the company taking the ride to be a registered operator on the VTC register, with drivers holding the professional licence. The marketplace connects companies already registered on Droovi — not individuals.
Am I required to use the marketplace?
No. Publishing is a decision made ride by ride. And if you don’t want to see other companies’ rides, you can simply never accept any. Each company keeps full control.
Does the marketplace replace my usual subcontractors?
On the contrary, it structures them. The “private network” mode lets you keep working with your trusted subcontractors, but with traceability, real time and automatic invoicing on top.
