They prove their identity

Before being able to start, the driver receives a 6-digit code by SMS. They enter it, then provide their first name, last name and the license plate of the vehicle they'll be using.

Real-time tracking at every step

The ride unfolds across four statuses. The driver slides for each one, and you see the progress live on the Droovi CRM. When picking up the customer, they have direct WhatsApp and call access.

Ride complete, payment clear

At drop-off, the driver does a final slide. The ride switches to "Completed" and a recap appears: amount they receive, payment method (on account, already paid, or to collect on the spot), trip, passengers.
