Does the AI decide for me?
No. The AI prepares an assignment proposal, but nothing is applied until you have confirmed it. You first see a full preview: schedule per driver, unassigned rides, empty km and clashes resolved. You stay in control to adjust before applying.
What happens if a ride cannot be assigned?
It appears clearly in the list of unassigned rides, with the reason (for example no driver available on the time slot, or not enough passenger capacity). Nothing is hidden: you decide what to do, by adding a driver, widening a slot or handling the ride manually.
Are my business rules respected?
Yes. The AI never proposes an assignment that would breach a constraint: passenger capacity, vehicle class (a ride can be upgraded, never downgraded) and each driver's time slot. A verification layer checks every proposal before presenting it to you. You can also write free-form instructions, for example keep a driver on Monaco or reserve a specific driver for VIP customers.
How are chaining and travel times handled?
Automatic dispatch works on the day you are organizing, based on the availabilities and time slots you define. Chaining is computed taking real travel times into account, including the waiting tolerance when a customer is slow to come out of the airport.
Is it complicated to use?
No. The flow takes a few steps: pick the day, tick the available drivers, assign a vehicle and time slot, add any instructions, launch. You get a readable preview, you adjust if needed, and you apply. No technical setup, no black box.
How much does automatic AI dispatch cost?
It is included in your Droovi subscription from the PRO plan (€99/month, up to 20 users): 20 AI dispatches per month on the PRO plan, and 30 AI dispatches per month on the FLEET plan (€199/month, up to 50 users). The FLEX plan (€19.90/month, 2 users) does not include it. One dispatch corresponds to computing the complete schedule for one day.
